Terms of service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Pinwatch, provided by Georgios Stavropoulos, Tzon Kennenti 25A, 55535 Pylaia, Greece, VAT EL105781916 ("we").

1. What Pinwatch is

Pinwatch helps software makers prepare for the EU Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847): it builds software bills of materials, checks dependencies against public vulnerability databases, keeps a record of incidents and prepares draft text and documents. It gives general information, not legal advice.

2. Your responsibility

You remain the manufacturer of your products and are solely responsible for their conformity, for the reports you submit to ENISA or any authority, and for meeting legal deadlines. Pinwatch prepares material for your own review; we do not submit anything on your behalf. Vulnerability data comes from third-party sources (OSV, CISA, ENISA, FIRST) and may be incomplete or late.

3. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Founding-price reservations made on the waitlist cost nothing and oblige you to nothing; if you subscribe when the paid plan opens, the founding price applies for as long as that subscription stays active.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or upload content you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Do not rely on Pinwatch as your only means of meeting a legal deadline. We may change features; we will give 30 days' notice of changes that reduce what you have paid for.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including fines imposed on you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
